"A long standing independent restaurant in York, Delrio’s Restaurant is located adjacent to Micklegate Bar, the Royal entrance to the City of York and just five minutes walk from York train station. It’s very cosy as it’s located in a cellar with some seating located in underground alcoves. There is an outside seating area too."

Asking politely for a free table (which a table was free) but she had to run it past what appears to be her friends sat on the next the next table. The “friends” were dismissive, asked it depends if I were eating."
