We didn't have to wait at all to collect and despite a short car journey and a quick warm-up in the oven once we got home the pizzas were absolutely delicious - just as good as they would've been straight out of the oven."

"09/06/2021: We always come here when we want the proper Italian experience.The restaurant is always full and has a great buzzy atmosphere,With people laughing and enjoying themselves, it is a happy place.The menu is varied and has a great selection of dishes to choose from.We have a few starters which we all share and may be a pizza , which is made with homemade dough and cooked in a wood burning pizza oven so it has that wonderful smoky taste.Then we have steaks , we have a few and share them with some potatoes which are simply amazing and some sauces.The steaks are chargrilled which is the best way to cook steak in my opinion and they have such a great taste and are so tender and always cooked to perfection.For dessert again we have a selection which we all help ourselves to the Ricotta cheese cake is fantastic and so is the Tiramisu.The service is relaxed and friendly as you would expect from a small Italian restaurant.What makes the place different from other Italian restaurants is that it has a soul and of course Paolo the man himself.He makes the place with his wonderful personality and welcoming attitude , nothing is too much trouble for him.So if you want a great authentic Italian experience with fantastic food, cooked well and great service, this is the place to go. 09/06/2021: The owner Paolo is a rear character. He brings such a fun and warm atmosphere to the restaurant."

"Two things are ‘God’ in chef Paolo Silesu’s rustic Italian restaurant: food and Juventus Football Club. The place is always full of in-the-know foodies and students taking advantage of the reasonably priced menu, but it only adds to the noisy authenticity. Pizzas and pastas make up the bulk of the menu but the regularly changing specials board features Sardinian highlights such as cozze e vongole (mussels and clams cooked in Vernaccia wine with chilli and garlic) or sardines with pesto rosso (pan-seared with onions, rocket and red pesto)."

I’ve had many a night out that ended with drinks in Dusk and there’s also an elusive magician that often pops in to perform magic tricks right in front of you; it’s even more impressive when you’re quite a few cocktails in!.
